Million Meals
The effects of the Great Recession hit our community hard. Times seems to be improving and yet, according to the USDA food insecurity has remained near record levels. In Washington, 14.2% of households are food insecure due to a lack of economic resources. The national average per state in 14.5%. These are staggering numbers. Neighbor's Helping Neighbors
A non-profit organization helping those in need in the surrounding areas of zip codes 98642 (Ridgefield), 98629 (La Center), 98686 (Salmon Creek), and 98685 (Felida). We gather food for the pantry each month and put up the Christmas Giving Tree that brings Christmas Joy to 100 children.

Did you know that every day in the United States 1,200 children enter foster care? We help make a sad time in a child’s life a little brighter by providing a few of the things they need while they are in transition. Learn more
May Day Rummage Sale
Every first Saturday in May we have a large rummage sale where all the proceeds raised are sent to local and global community agencies. Learn more
Quilters & Prayer Shawls
Crafters bring warmth and comfort to area agencies families. Quilters meet on the first Wednesday of each month from 10 am to Noon. If you can tie a knot, you can help!
